Basing on the epidemic civil guidance opinions issued by the Supreme Court and combining with the different situations of contract performance of enterprises during the epidemic, she gave in-depth explanations respectively. Then in the training of Tendering and Bidding Law, lawyer Wang Huiping gave a brief introduction on the scope of bidding and prohibited situations, and proposed the key points of attention in bidding contracts. She also made a detailed summary of the legal risks of bidding and bidding in practice, and gave practical risk prevention measures.
