Jin Rui was Invited to Participate in the Activities of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce

In order to deeply study and comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1" important speech, implement the deployment requirements of "adhering to the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism in the front", effectively resolve conflicts and disputes in the private economy, explore the deepening reform of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and coordinate social governance effective path, consolidate grass-roots legal service capabilities, and promote the mediation of chambers of commerce to a new level. On July 27-28, with the strong support of the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of Justice, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce held the mediation work promotion meeting of the chamber of commerce and the 40th Deshengmen Lecture Hall activities meeting in Hefei, Anhui, and organized chambers of commerce mediation capacity building training. Lu Yong, member of the party group and vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Cuifeng, vice governor of Anhui Province and chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce attended the event. Wang Hongwu, head of the Legal Department of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered a speech, and lawyer Wang Huihong, chief partner of Beijing Jin Rui Law Offices, was invited to participate this event.   In the dialogue and exchange session, lawyer Wang Huihong, as the deputy supervisor of the ACFIC New Energy Chamber of Commerce and a member of the people's mediation committee of the chamber of commerce, together with many representatives from the people's courts, judicial administrative departments, federations of industry and commerce, chambers of commerce and chambers of commerce mediation organizations made a discussion and brainstrom focusing on adhering to and developing the new era "Fengqiao Experience", promoting the people's mediation of the Chamber of Commerce, exploring the experience of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry's commercial mediation and other issues, which put forward many positive and beneficial suggestions.   A total of more than 230,000 people participated in this event online through live broadcast platforms such as Baidu Video, Toutiao, China Mobile and Commerce, Sohu Finance, and Industry and Commerce Times. In the future, Jin Rui Law Offices will also contribute to the mediation work of the Chamber of Commerce and assist  private enterprises move to a broader stage.
