On June 12th, 2018, Beijing Jingneng Weilai Gas-fired Power Co., Ltd. invited Ren Yuxi, a paralegal from Jin Rui Law Offices, to provide legal training on Fire Prevention Law. More than 40 employees from related departments of the company participated in the training.

 

On the basis of three hotspot issues, Ms. Ren comprehensively interpreted the responsibilities of all parties, including the firefighting department, property management committee and construction department in the case of Hangzhou fatal arson, analyzed in-depth the causes of Shanghai Jing'an "November 15" fire accident and enumerated in-detail the "Ten Deadly Sins" of Rui Hai International Logistics Co., Ltd in Tianjin Port Explosion. In addition, Ms. Ren also summarized the risks existed in companies' fire safety management, and carefully explained how to use the fire extinguishers and the guide for fire-escaping. Ms. Ren answered the questions from attendees on practical issues, and the training received wide praises.

 

Beijing Jingneng Weilai Gas-fired Power Co., Ltd. was established on April 23th, 2013, with registered capital of CNY 291.8986 million and the shareholder as Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Limited. Its main businesses cover: electric power production, professional contracting, installation (repair) electric power facilities, heating services, energy technology development, technology promotion, technical services and business management. It mainly constructs the combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system, peak-shaving heat sources and supporting pipeline network projects, fulfilling the task of providing cooling and heating for future science and technology cities. It is the first regional energy pilot project in China.
