In June 2017, Jin Rui was entrusted by China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CR Power) to jointly carry out EHS (Environment, Occupational Health, Safety) Legal Risk Prevention and Control Project.

 

CR Power EHS Legal Risk Prevention and Control Project is mainly to tease out the legal risks involved in the environment, occupational,health and safety of thermal, wind and solar power production and to propose preventive measures. Since being entrusted, Jin Rui has carefully prepared and seriously researched. We went to project sites to investigate, sorted out the materials, improved the regulatory database, and summarized the risk points. We also went to CR Power headquarters to participate in the first review meeting of the Manual,draft for seeking advices all around and continuously improving the contents of the Manual. At last, we provided very specific legal risk prevention and control measures for CR Power EHS Project. Recently, China Resources Power EHS Legal Risk Prevention and Control Manual Thermal Energy Sub-volume and New Energy Sub-volume have been published.
