On September 29^th, 2018, lawyer Wang Huiping who is the partner of Jin Rui Law Offices, was invited to Inner Mongolia Jingtai Electric Power Generation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jingtai Power) to provide training on Fire Prevention Law and Tenders & Bids Law.

 

The contents of the training were how to apply Fire Prevention Law in the daily management of the company, and how the tenderee could execute supervision in tendering and bidding. In the Fire Prevention Law Training,  Lawyer Wang took current hot spot cases, namely the "Nurse Arson Case" and "Jingan High Residence Fire Case"  as the entry point, and specifically combined dull legal provisions with vivid cases. Through these real cases which painfully cost lives, trainees' awareness towards fire prevention was strengthened. The training was closed with Hein Rules to emphasis the importance of complying with rules of Fire Prevention Law and being cautious against small matters. In the training of bid supervision, Lawyer Wang firstly presented relevant regulations regarding Tenders & Bids Law. It was shown how regulations could guide practice and how to comply with regulations in daily work. The supervisory role of tenderees in the bidding process was specifically illustrated which was targeted to solve the confusions of trainees.

 

The golden autumn of Inner Mongolia was starting to show its cold face, however, the enthusiasm of trainees were not chilled at all, which was proven by the warmth welcome to Lawyer Wang from all employees of Jingtai Power. The down-to-earth and accurate explanations of laws were vividly expressed with Lawyer Wang's humors which helped to create an warm and enlivening atmosphere all along the training. The trainees said that through the two-hour beneficial training, they were not only equipped with legal knowledge, but also with their horizons broadened.
