Jin Rui Was Invited to Deliver Legal Training for China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. South China Region

On October 22th,2018,China Resources Power Holdings Co.,Ltd. South China Region invited lawyer Cheng Peng,the partner of Jin Rui law offices,to deliver legal training lasting one day for The legal risk prevention of tendering and bidding legal practice and The legal risk prevention of construction project contract.The director of southern branch law department Zhao Ya Dan hosted the training,both the staff presenting and learning online joined in this training.
 
In the training of The legal risk prevention of tendering and bidding legal practice,basing on the common issues,lawyer Cheng Peng elaborated in detail referring to the standard documents latest released by nine Central ministries and commissions about the legal risks of the tender scope,conditions and methods,bid opening,and bid evaluation,combined  with the case of tender and bid practice.On the questioning and answering stage,lawyer Cheng Peng had a discussion with the staff about the issue whether a second bidder could be selected after bid  awarding when the tender is in valid.
 
In the training of The legal risk prevention of construction project contract,lawyer Cheng Peng analysed the main risks in construction contracts with several cases and practical issues about contract validity, apparent agency, defense right, damage compensation, and subcontract and settlement.He put forward some constructive suggestions on the set of contract terms and the prevention of legal risks.After the training,lawyer Cheng Peng also discussed in patience with the staff about the practical issues and received positive feedback from them.
