Around December 4th, the occasion of the National Constitution Day in 2018, Jin Rui was invited to provide training on the Constitution of the People's Republic of China for a number of large-scale energy companies, including Grid Operation Branch of State Grid Corporation of China, Huadian Fuxin Energy Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingneng New Energy Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Co., Ltd., etc. More than 200 leaders and employees from such companies participated in the training.

 

Through the combination of theory and cases, Jin Rui lawyers comprehensively reviewed the establishment, development and main content of Chinese constitutional system, systematically interpreted the significance of amending the Constitution in the new era, and focused the content on the importance and necessity of establishing constitutional awareness, enhancing constitutional self-confidence, and strengthening constitutional implementation.

 

The training has played a positive role for the participants to further understand the importance of the Constitution for national governance, carry forward the spirit of the Constitution, and strengthen the awareness of respecting and safeguarding the dignity of the Constitution, which has been highly praised by the participants.
