On April 7, 2020, Central China Energy Regulatory Bureau of National Energy Administration released the decision on granting Electric Power Business Licenses (Modification) for number of companies. Among them, Jingneng Shiyan Thermal Power Co., Ltd.(2*350MW) provided legal service by Jin Rui was granted Power Generation Business License.

 

Jingneng Shiyan Thermal Power Project is a partner project between Beijing and Shiyan City, which is a livelihood project for central heating in Shiyan City. Currently, the project is equipped with  heating supply capacity of about 12 million square meters and steam supply capacity of about 800 tons / hour. The generating set's permission to generate electricity will continue to meet the heating and industrial, commercial, and civil heat load requirements in the heating supply area of Shiyan City, and play an active role in improving the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and effectively improving the local ecological environment and the quality of urban residents' life.
