On April 24, 2020, Jingneng Qinhuangdao Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingqin Thermo") thermal power project, provided legal services by Jin Rui for the entire process of engineering construction, was formally transferred from the construction period to the operation period, which shall provide a strong guarantee of power supply and stable heating for local.

 

Since 2016, Jin Rui has provided whole-process legal services for the engineering construction of Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the 2*0.35 million-kilowatt thermal power project in Jingneng Qinhuangdao Development Zone. Jingneng Qinhuangdao Development Zone 2*0.35 million kilowatts thermal power project is a clean coal-fired central heating project. It is also a key energy construction project of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and Hebei Province, which was wholly invested and built by Beijing Jingneng Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Energy Holding Co., Ltd. The project is equipped with dust removal devices, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities. The emissions of smoke, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides are less than half of the national ultra-low emission standards, which can effectively alleviate the pressure of local environmental protection and realize the clean power plant.
